In what condition can I purchase product?
We have stock available in conditions ranging from New factory sealed and New sealed spare found on our main online store. New open box, ReNew, Demo, Bulk, Refurbished, Used that can be from current, discontinued, end of life, excess or off lease stock can be found under the Outlet tab.
 
What payment methods do you accept?
Seabourne accepts payment via Direct Deposit and PayID, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
 
How quickly can Seabourne fulfill an order?
We fill a majority of orders the same day they are received.
 
What delivery timeframe should I expect?
For orders placed before 12pm, 1-2 days in major cities, 2-7 days elsewhere in Australia.
For international deliveries, please contact us for a timeframe.
For time sensitive deliveries, please let us know before you place an order.
 
Which shipping company do you use to deliver my order?
For domestic shipments Seabourne mainly uses Australia Post, Couriers Please, StarTrack Express and Toll to fulfill deliveries. For International shipping, we prefer using UPS, DHL and FEDEX. To help our clients keep track of their orders, you will receive order tracking via email as soon as your order ships.
 
What will be the cost for shipping and handling?
Shipping costs are based on the shipping method and the weight and cost of products to be shipped. When you request a quote, the standard shipping cost will also be provided. If you're needing an estimate feel free to contact us.
 
Can you Blind Drop Ship?
Yes, we can offer the additional service to blind drop ship an order to your customer.
In doing so, all blind shipments will leave our warehouse without any reference or paperwork of Seabourne.
 
What warranty does Seabourne offer?
Seabourne offers a 30-day warranty on all our product, New, ReNew, or Used.
New products will also include the standard warranty offered by the manufacturer. If a product has a warranty that's any different, we will make sure to let you know this when a quote is requested.
 
What exactly is HPE Renew product?
HPE market product from there popular ReNew channel as "Same as New".
Most ReNew product originates from New Retail overstocks, customer cancellations, and end of life product.
All HPE ReNew product carry the same warranty and service options as their new retail product, making HPE ReNew an excellent choice to maximise your IT budget.
 
What type of warranty comes with HPE Renew products?
All product in the HPE Renew program includes the same warranty as if you were purchasing a new retail product.
There is no difference between a new HPE product warranty and an HPE Renew product warranty.
The warranty is effective from the time a customer takes delivery.
