Domestic Shipping within Australia
We provide the option for Express and Ground shipping services Australia wide. Next-day, Drop-ship and Blind-ship services are also available by request. In stock orders placed before 12:00pm AEST are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm AEST will ship the following business day.
Our domestic express shipping service utilises StarTrack Express, TNT Express, TOLL, Australia Post Express Post. Ground services typically ship via Couriers Please or Australia Post Parcel Post. On occasion, we have been known to provide a complimentary upgrade from a ground service to an express service. If you need your order delivered on a specific date, please contact us before you place an order so we can step in and coordinate your request.
- We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders placed over $349.
- Need it FASTER? We can expedite certain items for an added cost. If you're having trouble doing this at checkout, please contact us so we can discuss the best options for you.
- Product is shipped from our warehouses located in Melbourne and Sydney.
- Every effort is made to ship purchases as soon as your order is completed. If your order is time sensitive, please let us know when you place the order.
- Any suggested ETA for your order is based on your address, the shipping speed requested, and if required, configuration and/or availability lead time.
- We can deliver to any Australian PO Box using an Australia Post shipping service. Free ground shipping is not offered to PO boxes for orders over 3kg.
- Online tracking is available for all services. We will email you the details as your shipment is dispatched.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, excluding public holidays.
- For your protection, a signature is required for most deliveries.
- In the rare chance of a delay with your shipment, we will endeavour to contact you to inform you of details.
1 In rural areas, please allow an extra 2-3 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
2 Order must be received before 12:00pm to arrive within the specified ETA time (VIC AEST). Add 1 business day for orders placed after this time.
To place an International order, please contact us directly. At this time we are not accepting international orders through our website.
Stock Availability & Backorders
Our new state of the art website is also our stock control system. This means stock is updated in real time as sales are made. Product showing ‘Availability: In Stock’ will ship within 1 working day of an order placement. Orders containing backordered product (product showing availability other than ‘In Stock’) will ship out in full once all ordered items are in stock. An automated email will be sent to your email confirming shipping and tracking information once the order has shipped.
