Returns for IT Hardware Orders
We accept returns for eligible IT hardware and technology products purchased directly from Seabourne Australia, subject to the conditions below.
✓ Eligible Returns
- Faulty or DOA (dead on arrival) hardware
- Incorrect items supplied
- Approved returns under manufacturer warranty
✗ Non-Eligible Returns
- Clothing, apparel, or fashion items
- Orders not purchased from seabourne.store
- Change-of-mind returns (unless agreed in writing)
- Opened or used items not covered under warranty
Return Process
- Request Approval: Contact our support team with your order number and issue details.
- Assessment: We will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- Return Shipment: If approved, follow the provided return instructions and packaging guidelines.
- Resolution: Approved returns will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with supplier policies.
