Seabourne Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") entitle the holder to goods/services equal to the value stated on the Gift Card or remaining after partial redemption. Gift Cards are only redeemable via our online retail store www.seabourne.store. The value shown on a Gift Card includes GST. Gift Cards are partially redeemable and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash. The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your seabourne.store Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. All Gift Cards sold by Seabourne Australia  Pty Ltd expire 3 years from date of purchase.
